Preparation

Microwave: Place candy in microwave safe bowl. Do not melt in the bag. Microwave for 30sec at half power or defrost setting. Repeat until completely melted.

Double Boiler: Partially fill the bottom pan with water and bring to a simmer. Fit the top pan and add the candy. Stir until melted. A jug or bowl can be used to replace the top pan. Do not allow any water to come in direct contact with the candy.

Ingredient: Sugar*, vegetable oils (palm kernel, hydrogenated palm kernel), whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), salt, colours (E132, E110, E129), flavouring. *Genetically modified.

E110, E129 may have an adverse effect on activity in children.

Allergen information: contains milk and soy. May contain  amounts of peanut due to common processing equipment.

    Bonjour Françoise, oui il est possible de réaliser un glaçage rocher à l'aide de Candy Melt coloré. Le Candy Melt est plus dense que le chocolat, vous pouvez toujours y rajouter un peu de graisse végétale pour le fluidifier si nécessaire. Si vous avez encore la moindre question, revenez vers nous.
