BAM dark chocolate is a premium chocolate containing at least 55% cocoa. It is ideal for pastry preparations such as creams, mousses, ganaches and ice creams. The chocolate is in callets for a faster and more uniform melting of the chocolate.

It tastes like authentic bitter chocolate and is rightly dosed.

Chocolate is gluten free.
