Discover Colour Mill fat-soluble dyes, highly concentrated and fat-soluble dyes. They are specially designed to be used in the preparation of cakes, cupcakes, chocolates, icing, buttercreams, etc.

These 100% edible colourings without E171 are oil-based and contain no gluten, lactose or GMO. They are also kosher and halal certified.

Colour Mill dyes are available in a wide range of colours, from pastel shades to bright, bold colours. They are highly concentrated, which means you only need a small amount to get the colour you want, making them economical to use.

Fat-soluble dyes have excellent heat stability, which makes them ideal for use in preparations that require high temperatures. They are also resistant to fading, which means that the colours remain vibrant even after cooking.

Colour Mill fat soluble dyes are an excellent option for adding colour to your food preparations, especially if you are looking for bright, long lasting colours.

Instructions

Shake well before use.
Don't rush, the colours develop over time so don't empty the whole jar but dose the colour gradually.
Store the jar after use in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Baby pink: E120 (Maximum dosage: 5 g/kg)
Candy pink: E120, E132 (Maximum dosage: 6.25 g/kg)
Red: E129 (Maximum dosage: 1.43 g/kg)
Baby blue: E133, E132 (Maximum dosage: 7.14 g/kg)
Royal blue: E133, E120 (Maximum dosage: 1.43 g/kg)
Teal: E102* (Maximum dosage: 3.33 g/kg)
Emerald Green: E102, E133 (Maximum dosage: 1.22 g/kg)
