To glue your subjects to sugar paste, apply a little bit of water to the area where you want to paste your sugar. If you want to put it directly on the cake, consider adding a little sticky material (ganache, butter cream, royal icing, piping gel, etc.
The set contains 12 santa claus.
Ingredients
Sugar (96%), egg white powder, water, stabiliser: E336, thickener: E414, natural flavouring (vanilla), colour: safflower, E120, E153, E163. For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
