Tips
- Do not hesitate to use surface powders to create color gradients on the petals and thus give a more natural look to the flowers.
- Avoid humidity at all costs at the risk of melting the flowers or causing them to curl
- To make them stick to the cake, use piping gel, royal icing or agave syrup.
