The FunCakes flavourings can resist high temperature, so they are suitable for baking, although we recommend to add a little bit more than indicated when baked.

If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavouring because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar syrup (sugar, water), strawberries (38%), glucose syrup, acidifier (E330), flavourings, stabilizer (E440i), colouring (E120, E100).

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.

Content: 120 gram.
