Add a delicious mocca flavour to your buttercream, bavarois, ice-cream and other fillings. You can also use them to add taste to your cakes and cupcakes.

The FunCakes flavourings can resist high temperature, so they are suitable for baking, although we recommend to add a little bit more than indicated when baked.

Add the recommend dosage, as listed on the package, to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavouring because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, vegetable oil (peanuts), coffee, crispy hazelnut, flavours, sugar, soya proteins, emulsifier (E322). For allergens, see ingredients in bold.

Recommended dosage: 15g per 500g.

    Dank u Wilma, voor uw vraag. Ja, FunCakes Mokka smaakstof kan worden toegevoegd aan verse room volgens uw smaak. Als u bang bent dat uw crème fraiche minder goed houdt, kunt u altijd een fixatief aan de room toevoegen. Als je nog vragen hebt, kom dan bij ons terug. Nog een fijne dag.
