Add the recommend dosage, as listed on the package, to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavouring because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, coffee (10%), caramelized sugar, flavours, acidifier (E330), salt.

Recommended dosage: 25g per 500g.
