Add the recommend dosage, as listed on the package, to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavouring because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar syrup, passion fruit (38%), glucose syrup, acidifier (E330), flavourings (sellery), emulsifier (E440i), colouring (E160, E100), antioxidant (E300). For allergens, see ingredients in bold

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
