    Bonjour Jessica, merci pour votre question. Le mélange pour pain d'épices proposé par ScrapCooking, est un mélange prêt à l'emploi. Voici la liste des ingrédients qui compose ce mix: cannelle, anis, gingembre, cardamome, badiane, poivre, muscade, piment doux, girofle et coriandre. Suivez votre recette pour savoir la quantité dont vous aurez besoin. Si il s'agit de rajouter un goût pain d'épices à votre préparation, compter 1 cuillère à café par 250g de farine. Si vous avez encore la moindre question, revenez vers nous. Belle journée.
