Add the recommend dosage, as listed on the package, to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavouring because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingrédients : sucre, jus d’ananas avec pulpe (25%), sirop de glucose, correcteur d’acidité : E330, épaississant : E440, arôme, colorant : E160, antioxydant : E300. Peut contenir des traces de : oeuf, lait et fruits à coque.
Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
