Usage tips    

• Soak the gelatin sheets for 5 to 10 minutes in cold water    

• Reheat the liquid you want to gel or thicken at the same time.    

• Then incorporate the gelatin wrung in the hot liquid without bringing to a boil until dissolved    

• Chill in the refrigerator until gelation
