Uses
Perfect for all pastry making
In general, the maximum proposed dosage is 0.2g/kg of preparation.
Warning: water-soluble dyes, do not use in chocolate.

- White: color: E170. Due to the absence of E171, please note that you may not be able to achieve a "true white" as with their predecessor (which contained E171).
