Preparation: Remove the fondant disc from the packaging and unroll it carefully. Pull on both edges of the white foil to make it flat. Cover the cake with a thin layer of butter cream. Place the fondant disc, white foil side up, carefully over the cake. Remove the foil and gently smoothen the fondant on the cake. Cut off excess fondant and decorate the cake.

This fondant disc can be used to cover a cake of 15 - 20 in dia with a height of 10 cm or a cake of 20 - 25 cm in dia with a height of 7,5 cm. Besides that, the disc can be used to decorate cupcakes, cookies and more.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), humectant: E422, E1103, thickeners: E413, E415, emulsifier: E471, natural flavouring. May contain traces of: almonds. This product is certified Halal.

Storage: keep in a cool dark place, 15°C - 20°C.

    Bonjour, la couleur est elle un vrai blanc "blanc" ou est elle un peu blanc cassé comme du massepain ? Les ingrédients blancs deviennent plus difficiles à trouver avec la suppression du dioxyde de titane. Merci d'avance

    Bonjour Sylvia, oui oui la couleur de la pâte à sucre Bright White de FunCakes est blanche. Un vrai blanc. Sans utilisation de dioxyde de titane car elle est réalisée en grande partie à base de sucre (77%). N'hésitez pas à revenir vers nous si vous avez d'autres questions. Passez une bonne journée, Sarah
