With the FunCakes gluten-free macaroon preparation, you can make delicious macaroons! Making macaroons becomes very simple by adding only eggs to the preparation and drawing small circles in the piping bag on a baking sheet.

Preparation: Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix the mix with 70 g egg white, add colouring to your preference. Mix at high speed for min. 5 minutes. Fill a piping bag and make circles on a macaronmat. Rest for two hours. Preheat the oven at 140°C (convection oven 130°C). Bake for 15 minutes.

Ingredients: sugar, rice starch, almond flour, modified starch (corn), starch (corn), egg white, milk protein, colour: E171, flavouring, acidity regulator: E575. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: nuts.

This product is certified Halal. Free from palm oil, preservatives, AZO colourings, GMO and hydrogenated fat. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians.

Storage: store in a dry place, at room temperature. Do not expose to temperature change and heat sources

    Ce sont les macarons placés sur la plaque de cuisson que vous allez laisser reposer pendant 2h avant de les mettre à cuire dans un four préchauffé. Si vous avez encore la moindre question, revenez vers nous. Belle journée.
