The FunCakes Mix for Rotal Icing is a white that hardens completely and can be colored. Be adding water to the mixture, you will have a great icing to cover and decorate your cake. This royal icing can also be used for piping decorations and to glaze cookies.

Preparation : Add 55ml of wtaer per 450g of stifed mix for Royal Icing with a stiff consistency. Mix the icing for approx 7-10min. on low speed to a stiff, white icing. The icing is ready when it is bright white, has lost its shine and you can pull peaks that don't fall back. If using a hand-held mixer be careful that it does not jam.
Tip : Add 1 tsp of water for 200g of icing foe medium consistency, or 2 tsp of water for thin consistency.
