Preparation: For the best result prepare in a fryer. Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix, 215 ml water and 65 ml (55 g) of vegetable oil with a mixer with dough hook during 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 mm. Cut out the donuts and let rest for 25 minutes. Preheat the fryer to 180°C or the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C). Frying: Bake the donuts for approx. 90 sec per side until golden. Oven: Put the donut in the donut pan and bake the donuts for approx. 12 minutes until golden. Coat the donuts with melted butter and decorate as desired.
