Preparation: Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For approx. 10 tartelettes of 10 cm or 2 tartelettes of 20 cm: Knead 500 g mix, 200 g butter, 1 egg (50 g) and 25 ml water to a firm dough. Wrap in plastic foil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C). Knead the dough and roll out to a thickness of 3 mm on a floured flat surface. Line the greased tart pan(s) with the dough. Bake the tartelettes in approx. 15 min.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, starch (wheat, potato), free range egg yolk (dried), emulsifier: E471, salt, thickener: E412, flavouring. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: soy, milk and lupin.
