Preparation: For 1 portion Enchanted Cream. Mix 150 g mix, 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add a FunCakes flavouring to your preference. The cream is suited as filling or to decorate with and can be used immediately. Produced cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reuse. If preferred, mix can be prepared with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml). One serving of Enchanted Cream is sufficient for filling 2 layers and covering 1 Ø25 cm cake, or for piping swirls on approx. 24-30 cupcakes.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup (dried), emulsifier: E471, E472f, partially hydrogenated oil (palm), hydrogenated fat (coconut), skimmed milk powder, milk protein, stabilizer: E516, E263, E339, E340, E450, thickener: E401, E463, anti-caking agent: E341. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy and lupin. This product is certified Halal.
