To prepare

Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan oven 150°C). Process the ingredients at room temperature.

For 20-24 cupcakes

Combine 500 g of mixture, 200 g of butter and 250 g of eggs (5 pieces). Beat for 3 minutes until smooth. Place in a cupcake tin and fill the paper cases halfway using a spoon. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Do you prefer to make mini cupcakes?

With 500 grams of Cupcake Mix, you can make around 40 to 48 mini cupcakes.

Put them in the oven for approx. 12-15 minutes.

Or would you prefer a cake (25 cm)?

Bake the cake at 150-160°C (fan oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes.
