Caselle has a good clean piping definition and is freeze thaw stable when whipped.
Storage:
Best stored at below +20°C. Once opened refrigerate between +2°C and +5°C and use within 3 days.
Instructions:
Before whipping chill in a refrigerator for 24 hours at +4°C. For best whip results it is important that the temperature of the product does not exceed +5°C to +6°C. Whip on a medium speed to prevent splashing, then on high speed until the required whip is achieved. Take care not to overwhip. Overwhipping may result in the product cracking on gateaux. Keep whipped product covered and refrigerate to +4°C.

Water, partly hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), sugar, emulsifiers E472(b), E322, sorbitol, Milk proteins, stabiliser E460(i), salt, acidity regulators e331, E339(ii), flavouring, colour E160(a).
