    Bonjour, Votre site est super et merci pour les recettes. Je ne connais pas du tout le sucre impalpable ,c'est la 1er fois que j'en entend parler . C'est quoi exactement du sucre glace ? Pouvez vous me renseigner merci par avance . On apprend tous les jours .

    Bonjour Marie-Christine, merci pour votre question. En effet, le sucre impalpable est le nom belge pour le sucre glace, tout simplement. C'est parce que ce sucre en poudre est aussi fin que de la farine qu'il est impalpable d'où son nom. Si vous avez encore la moindre question, n'hésitez pas à revenir vers nous. Belle journée.

Le sucre S0, je connais c'est parfait . Mais le sucre déco neige, trop petit le conditionnement proposé et assez cher 4,50 euro pour 130 gr.
