Baking cake pops

1. Prepare the dough according to the recipe.
2. Preheat the appliance as described under "Preheating".
3. Grease both baking trays. Use a brush to spread the oil or butter.
4. Divide the dough between the moulds on the lower plate, preferably using a piping bag or a small spoon.
5. Close, and let the cakepops bake until golden brown.
6. Do not open the machine until the cakepops are done.
7. Remove the cakepops with a fork, being careful not to damage the non-stick coating.

CAUTION:
Do not use a plastic piping bag, it may melt on contact with the baking trays.
The cake pops take about 6 minutes to bake.
For evenly browned cake pops, rotate the cake pop maker during baking (vice versa) and bake 4 minutes longer. While the appliance is running, the heating element switches on and off to keep the baking sheet at a constant temperature. The pilot light also turns on and off.

Tip: Dip the end of the sticks in the chocolate before pushing them into the cake pop. This will ensure the cake pop sticks to the stick.

  • Question from valerie

Hi, which recepy should we follow to make cakepops? How much should we fill up the baking plates holes? Thank you! Br, Valerie

    Answer from Sweet n Fairy

    Hi Valerie,

Please find the recipe from Bestron :

RECIPE - Dough for Cake Pops

    • 100 g soft butter
    • 100 g sugar
    • 100 g flour
    • 4 g vanilla sugar
    • 2 eggs

    Preparation
Place the sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter with a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl and beat the ingredients with a mixer for about 10 minutes until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time into the batter, ensuring the first egg is fully incorporated before adding the second. Then, gradually add the flour in portions. Once mixed, the dough is ready to be transferred into the molds of the lower baking surface, preferably using a piping bag.

    USAGE - Preheating

    1. Plug the device into the socket. The indicator lights will illuminate, and the device will begin to heat.
    2. Wait until the green indicator light turns off. At this point, the baking surfaces are at the correct temperature, and the cake pop maker is ready to use.

    USAGE - Baking Cake Pops

    1. Prepare the cake batter according to the recipe on the packaging.
    2. Preheat the device as described in the "Preheating" section.
    3. Grease both baking plates. Use a brush to distribute the oil or butter evenly.
    4. Place the batter into the molds on the lower baking surface, preferably using a piping bag.
    5. Bake the cake pops until they reach the desired color (approximately 6 minutes). For evenly browned cake pops, turn them over and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
    6. Do not open the device until the cake pops are fully baked.
    7. Carefully remove the cake pops using the supplied fork to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
    8. When finished baking, unplug the device and open it to allow the baking plates to cool down.

    CAUTION:

    • Do not use plastic piping bags, as they may melt when in contact with the plates.
    • The standard preparation time is approximately 6 minutes.
    • The heating element will cycle on and off during use to maintain a consistent temperature. Consequently, the indicator light will also turn on and off.

    Tip:
Dip the tips of the sticks into the glaze or chocolate before inserting them into the cake pops. This ensures that the cake pops remain securely attached to the sticks.
