Emulsions are based on water. The flavor is instead micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers. They can therefore be used at high heat without a change of taste.

It is soluble in water.

Contains: Ingredients: water, propylen glycol, caramel color, alcohol, xanthan gum, corn syrup, sugar, molasses, natural and artificial flavors.
