Preparations: all ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Put the mixture, the eggs and the water in a bowl and mix at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full). Bake the cake in the preheated oven. Do not open the oven in between! The cake is ready when it feels springy to the touch. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, skimmed cocoa powder (5%), wheat starch, emulsifier: E472b (palm), E477 (palm), barley malt, glucose syrup (dried), leavening agent: E500, E450, skimmed milk powder, burnt sugar, thickener: E415.

May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy and lupin.

    Bonjour, Je n’arrive pas à calculer les quantités exactes de mix oeufs et eau pour un moule PME de 20 X 10 et 22 X 10. Impossible d’en savoir plus sur le site de Fun Cakes. Pouvez vous m’aider ? Merci

    Bonjour Yvonne, c'est une très bonne question que vous nous posez. Nous avons du aller revoir nos formules de géométries ;-) Généralement si l'on veut que son gâteau gonfle jusqu'au bord du moule à gâteau lors de la cuisson, il faut le remplir au 2/3.

    Voici ce que l'on vous propose si on convertit les proportions de la recette pour génoise au chocolat donnée par FunCakes pour vos moules carrés de chez PME.

    Pour un moule carré de 10cm de haut et de 20cm de côté: 370g (exact: 372g) de mélange, 300g (exact: 290g) d'oeuf et 35ml (exact: 37ml) d'eau.
    Pour un moule carré de 10cm de hauteur et de 22cm de côté: 450g de mélange génoise au chocolat de chez FunCakes, 350g d'oeuf et 45ml d'eau.
