Preparation: Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Put the mix, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6-8 minutes to a light batter. Pour the batter into a buttered baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake in the oven. Tip: Fill/decorate with buttercream or cream cheese frosting. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 cupcakes with 500 g mix recipe), baking time approx. 20 minutes on 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, leavening agent: E500, E450, E341, vegetable oil and fat (rape), skimmed cacao powder, emulsifier: E472b (palm, rapeseed), E477 (palm), glucose syrup (dried), soy flour, colour: E172, E129, salt, thickener: E466, E415, flavouring. E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: egg, milk and lupin. This product is certified Halal.

    Bonjour Mirabelle, merci pour votre question. Le mélange Red Velvet de FunCakes, comme la plupart des autres mélanges de la gamme, peut être utilisé autant pour réaliser un gâteau que des cupcakes. Avec 500g du mélange vous réalisez 20 cupcakes à mettre dans un four préchauffé à 175°C pendant 20 minutes. Si vous avez encore la moindre question, revenez vers nous. Belle journée.
