If you are looking to make perfectly round individual pies with a professional presentation, Silikomart's Tarte Ring Round Kit and bakingpan is an excellent choice. The kit consists of two elements: six 80 mm diameter rings made of a composite thermoplastic anti-crush material suitable for baking and creating the base and a silicone bakingpan with six 67 mm diameter cavities for making a mousse or cream on top of the short pastry.

The rings are non-stick and stainless, they allow even baking and are characterised by high thermal stability.

  • 6 tart rings
    • Dimensions of the circles: ø 80 h 20 mm mm
  • 1 silicone bakingpan with 6 cavities
    • Dimensions of bakingpans: ø 67 h 15 mm
    • Volume of bakingpans: 6x50 ml for a total of 300 ml
  • The pie circles are made of non-deformable thermoplastic
  • These circles can be placed in the oven at a maximum temperature of 180° (356F).
  • They can be placed in the freezer (maximum -60°C) and in the dishwasher.
  • They cannot be put in contact with a flame or in the microwave.

We advise you to wash your kit thoroughly in hot soapy water before using it for the first time.
