To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20cm, you will need approximately 500g of fondant.

    The following process is recommended for the best result:
  • Let the fondant come to ambient temperature.
  • Knead the fondant firmly until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Dust the work surface with a bit of icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the fondant a quarter to prevent sticking.
  • Are there still small cracks visible on the edges when the fondant is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolling out. Then the fondant is ready for use.

Ingredients: sugar (80%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), water, humectant: E422, thickener: E415, E466, preservative: E200, acid: E330, natural flavouring, colour: E102, E133. E102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain traces of: almonds. This product is Halal, Kosher D and gluten free (NL-090-003) certified. Funcakes fondant is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
