With Funcakes for Carrot Cake Mix, you can easily make a delicious carrot flavoured cake. Simply add water, eggs, oil and grated carrots to the mixture and a few minutes later you can enjoy your delicious cake.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 500 g of the mix with 80 ml of water, 3 eggs (150 g), 150 ml (140 g) of vegetable oil and 150 g of grated carrot. Add chopped walnuts (25 g) and/or soaked raisins (40 g) to taste. Mix together for 5 minutes, then pour the cake batter into a buttered and lined 8 inch/20 cm square or 9 inch/22 cm round baking tin. Bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50-60 minutes until golden.
Also suitable for making cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes in approx. 25 minutes ready.
