The mould is made from chrome-plated steel. The thickness of the steel is reinforced, guaranteeing more even baking even at high temperatures (230°C). Its double-layer anti-adhesive coating (Whitford Skandia) makes it more resistant to scratches and stains. With Silver Top, removal from the mould is child's play and maintenance is easy.
Silver grey colour.
Wash before first use. Hand-wash in warm water and dry thoroughly.
Do not use with blades and metal tools. Always grease the pan to enhance the non-stick performance.
