It takes about 500 g of sugar dough to completely coat a round cake 24 / 26 cm in diameter.
Directions for use: Knead until a soft dough is obtained and mould or roll it out on a surface lightly sprinkled with icing sugar to the desired thickness.
Ingredients : Sugar, Glucose syrup, Palm oil, Humectant:E422, Emulsifier:E471, Stabilizers:E413, E466, Flavour, Preservative:E202. Made in a factory that uses nuts. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place

J’adore le goût marshmallow et l’élasticité de la pâte. Je n’utilise presque plus que celle-ci pour recouvrir le gâteau mais aussi pour la décoration.
