Specifics

The clear acrylic discs are sized to obtain a thickness of +/- 0.8 cm and are suitable for molds which are in imperial measurements (inches: '').

The acrylic disc is +/- 3 mm thick

Instructions

Remove the plastic film that protects each disc on both sides and wash the discs in hot soapy water before first use.
Before placing the disc on top of the cake, be sure to place baking paper between the cake and the disc so that the latter does not stick to the cake.
Place a small amount of ganache or buttercream between the disk and the baking paper.
Finally, cover your cake and leave to cool. Once done, remove the disc and the paper to obtain a cake with very smooth and straight edges.
