De prime abord, de belle qualité. Je l'ai passé au four 10 minutes à vide à 180°, comme il est préconisé sur la notice. Sa taille est parfaite, juste ce qu'il me fallait. Il ne me reste plus qu'à cuisiner de bons cheesecakes ou autres gâteaux !
