    Bonjour Laura, merci pour votre question. Les moules à charnières à bords haut de Patisse conviennent à la cuisson au four. C'est ce qui est intéressant avec les moules à charnières, ils peuvent aussi bien bien servir pour des préparations froides telles que les cheesecakes ou les bavarois que pour les cuissons des génoises et des molly cakes. La température maximale à ne pas dépasser est de 230°C et nous vous conseillons de laver à la main votre moule pour une plus grande durée de vie.
