    bonjour pour des moulage en chocolat je peux pulveriser directement dans le moule et ensuite mettre mon chocolat blanc

    Merci pour votre très bonne question. Pour être honnête avec vous nous n'avons jamais testé de mettre du spray lustrant de chez PME dans un moule en polycarbonate avant d'y mettre du chocolat blanc. Notre conseil serait de vaporiser le spray lustrant vert, de bien le laisser sécher avant de mettre votre chocolat blanc. Si vous testez votre technique, nous serions ravis d'avoir votre feed-back.
