The velvet spray made of coloured cocoa butter will allow you to embellish your entremet with the colour of your choice. The composition of the velvet spray will colour your entremet without altering the taste. To get a beautiful velvet effect, the dessert will have spent at least one night in the freezer, you spray the spray at 25cm from the dessert. Be sure to choose a spray colour close to that of your dessert to avoid having to apply a thick layer of flocking.

The FunCakes velvet spray range consists of 8 different colours in 100ml sprays.

User instruction

Keep at room temperature 20-25°C 2 hours before use. Shake well and warm up the can in warm water between 25-35°C. Spray a homogeneous layer on a frozen surface from 20-25 cm distance. The recommended setting-time before consumption is 4 hours. After use turn the can upside down and spray a few seconds to clean. Clean the nozzle with warm water if it does not spray evenly.

No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.

Maximum usable dose: 4 g/kg.
Milk Chocolate : cocoa butter, colour: E170, E102, E122, E133, propellant gas: E943a, E943b, E944.
Maximum usable dose: 14 g/kg.

Maximum usable dose: 7 g/kg.
