Preparation: Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Put the mix, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6-8 minutes to a light batter. Pour the batter into a buttered baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake in the oven. Tip: Fill/decorate with buttercream or cream cheese frosting. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 cupcakes with 500 g mix recipe), baking time approx. 20 minutes on 175°C (convection oven 160°C).
