Its different uses
- Make a beautiful buttercream that you will use to garnish your cakes and cupcakes.
- It can therefore be used as a layer in your cake or layer cake.
- It can finally be used as a layer before covering your cake with sugar paste or marzipan.
- Little tips, if you still have some cream left, you can freeze it without any problem (about 6 months).
Preparation
Ingredients should be at room temperature.
For one serving:
- Add 125 ml (or 125 g) of water to 125 g of mix and beat with a whisk.
- Then let the resulting mixture rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
- Beat 150 g of unsalted butter (softened) for 5 minutes until the butter whitens.
- Add part of the mix-water mixture to the whitened butter and beat until the mixture is completely absorbed.
- Add the rest of the mix-water mixture and beat for 10 minutes, until the buttercream is smooth.
One serving can cover a 20cm cake or garnish 12 cupcakes.
Ingredients
Sugar, modified starch, whey powder (milk), dextrose (Wheat), dehydrated glucose syrup, gelling agent: E339, E450, E516, E401, emulsifier: E415, flavoring (milk).
May contain traces of: egg, soy, lupine.
Halal certified.
Store in a cool, dry place.
